Fun for Everyone at the Children鈥檚 Water Festival Family Night at Fanshawe Conservation Area

The 糖心直播 invites the public to Fanshawe Conservation Area (1424 Clarke Rd., London) on Thursday, May 11th from 5 pm – 8 pm to explore the importance of water through games, activities, crafts, exhibits, and more.

The event is geared to all ages and is completely free to attend. Activities include:

  • Live birds of prey shows
  • Live snake shows
  • Wetland origami
  • Fish casting game
  • Canoeing
  • Birdfeeder building
  • Nature School activities
  • Indoor rowing machine competition
  • Tree watering
  • Canoe trailer bike demos
  • Story walk
  • Water festival activity stations
  • Community art activity
  • Book reading by John and Jan Everett
  • Vegetable seed planting
  • Archeology demos
  • Ice and water play
  • Community drumming circle
  • Multi-seat bike demos
  • Fire trucks

Best of all, you can arrive hungry as there will be several food trucks on hand!

The Family Night is part of the week-long which teaches elementary students about the value of water in their everyday lives. Family Night is a chance for the public to participate in the fun!
