All meetings begin at 9:30 am. The February Annual General Meeting will be held in person at the Watershed Conservation Centre听(Fanshawe Conservation Area, 1424 Clarke Road, London). All other Board meetings will be held using a hybrid model which allows for both virtual and in-person attendance. The meetings will be live streamed via YouTube, barring any technical difficulties.

Board of Directors Meetings
- UTRCA Administrative By-Law (approved September 25, 2018; updated May 27, 2025) Note: If this By-Law conflicts with any provision of the Conservation Authorities Act, the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, or the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, or with a provision of a regulation made under one of those acts, the provision of those acts or regulations prevails.
- Electronic Meetings: On March 26, 2020, the Minister of the Environment, Conservation & Parks issued a Direction to all Conservation Authorities (CAs) recommending amendments to CA Administrative By-laws to allow for certain electronic processes during declared emergencies. In keeping with this direction, the UTRCA Board of Directors , and accepted changes to the UTRCA Administrative By-Law to allow for electronic meetings.
