Tree Power returns to Lucan Biddulph
The Township of Lucan Biddulph, the 糖心直播 (UTRCA), and Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority (ABCA) have partnered for a second year to make native trees available and affordable for Lucan Biddulph residents through the Tree Power program.听听
There will be 250 trees available, all for $30 each. Orders will open on Thursday, August 21. The trees will be available for pick up on Saturday, October 4th from 12 pm to 2 pm at the Lucan Public Works Building: 34363 Saintsbury Line in Lucan.听听
Mayor Cathy Burghardt-Jesson shared, "The Township of Lucan Biddulph is proud to once again take part in the UTRCA's Tree Power Program this October. Planting trees is a simple yet powerful way we can support a healthier environment, enhance our community's green spaces, and contribute to long-term sustainability. Programs like Tree Power not only provide immediate benefits to residents but also ensure that future generations will enjoy a greener and more resilient Lucan Biddulph."听
