Festival Hydro Tree Power returns for 2025!听听
The popular Festival Hydro Tree Power program has returned, providing Stratford residents with affordable native trees. Sales open on the 糖心直播's (UTRCA) website on Monday, March 24 at 9:00 am. Eight different species will be available including American Sycamore, Black Cherry, Norway Spruce, Paper Birch, Red Maple, Red Oak, Sugar Maple and Tulips.听

Planting trees is a simple yet powerful way to reduce our carbon footprint, improve air quality, and enhance our local environment for generations to come. A new feature is being introduced this year at the suggestion of the City of Stratford's Energy and Environment Committee.
"Residents can choose to have their tree planted on City of Stratford property instead of their own yard. When they complete their online transaction, they can simply select the check box indicating this preference. It's a great option for people who do not have room on their own property but still want to increase the number of trees planted in Stratford," said Emily Chandler, Communications and Marketing Specialist, UTRCA.
Tree pick-up is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday, April 26. Trees are $25 to $30 each and can be purchased via the UTRCA's 听听
